Call it Paranoid, but...

I just wanted to put in a late post because something has been bugging me all evening. My husband and I were driving home from getting dinner and he noticed that there was a truck following us. Granted it was only from the stop light on a main road, but he noticed that it continued to follow us after we got into our complex. Now, our complex only has two entrances and it's pretty straight forward. No crazy turns or anything like that...just imagine a wide horseshoe.

So when we made it into our complex the truck was still behind us. My husband is pretty observant and he said that he's never scene any trucks that look like that before, so instead of parking into our spot (which thank goodness he didn't), he pulled over to the curve and noticed that the truck had slowed down but then picked up it's pace and passed us. This truck looked kind of like a painting truck but it had some furniture in it. It continued to drive forward and exited the complex. We waited a few minutes and we circled around once more just to make sure they were gone before we finally parked into our spot. So from around 8:30 P.M. last night until now, I've been peeking out the window just to make sure nothing looked suspicious.

Sorry, I just needed to vent and shake this off! My husband and I are frequent users of rear-view mirror and we usually check to see what cars are around us before heading home.  Call it paranoid, but this time, it was useful!

Okay, I suppose I should go to sleep now and try to rest easy. Thanks for listening (or in your case reading). I needed it. Goodnight all.

I agree SiNn! Everyone should be cautious with their surroundings regardless whether they are walking home or driving home. It was definitely a scary experience.

Thanks for your thoughts!
